Refund Policy

The free packaging tools cost nothing, so this policy is about the paid AI tools: plans and credit packs, which you pay for through our payment processor. Prices and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.

Credits for failed runs come back automatically

If an AI run fails, takes too long, or its result is blocked by our content check, the credits it used are returned to your account without you asking. A request refused before it starts costs no credits at all. You can see every charge and return in your credit history.

Plans and credit packs are not refunded

Plans and credit packs are digital products that you can use as soon as you pay, so we don't refund them, including for unused credits, except where the law of your country or state requires a refund.

• Cancelling a plan. You can cancel at any time in your settings. Your plan stays active, with its credits, until the end of the period you paid for, and it won't renew.
• Unused credits. Plan credits reset each month and don't roll over. Credit packs last 12 months. Credits have no cash value.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout, email support@packaistudio.com from the address on your account within 30 days of the charge. We will check it and refund any charge that was made in error to your original payment method.
