What to include

• A problem with a tool: the tool, what you did, what you expected and your browser. A screenshot or the project file helps.
• A rule you think is wrong: the state or regulation and a link to the source.
• Your account or a privacy request: write from the email address on your account, so we can confirm it is you. See the privacy policy for what you can ask for.

Before you write

Many answers are in the FAQ at the bottom of each tool page. We can explain how a tool applies a rule, but we can't give legal or regulatory advice about your product.
