How an AI lyrics generator writes a song you can sing
Most lyrics read well on paper and trip a singer up: a line runs long, a chorus changes shape the second time, a word lands off the beat. This AI lyrics generator writes to a plan instead. You pick the length, and every version has exactly the sections that length calls for, each with its lines.
Lines stay short, because short lines with common words sing best. In English a line of a full song aims for 6 to 11 syllables; the count sits next to every line and turns orange when one runs over, with a note on the version. Lines in the same place of each section have about the same count, so the second verse fits the melody of the first.
The lyrics generator also writes the way songwriters do: concrete pictures from your brief, things people can see, taste or hear, and none of the stock words every other song uses. Last Mile to Denver came from one sentence about a sister, a road trip and the wrong words to every song, and its chorus is "Pass the sugar, pass the sun, sing it wrong and sing it fun".
